HR Assistant
An experienced HR Assistant with great HR administration experience. He has had exposure in co-ordinating Recruitment and organising and delivering inductions for all new recruits, as well as managing the process for any leavers. Strong payroll exposure and able to deal with payroll queries, as well as compiling management reports.

He has had 3 and a half years HR experience within a range of Public Sector Industries: including Professional Bodies and Education to name a few. He has completed long term Interim contracts where he has proven experience in delivering to all duties and keen to continue being very pro-active and hands on.

HR Advisor
This HR Advisor is a strong HR Generalist with over five years experience. Her core HR skills lie in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Training and Development. CIPD qualified with experience predominantly within the public sector.

Delivers a high standard of work at all times and is able to demonstrate innovation and initiative in working with colleagues and supports and assists employees and managers.

HR Manager
A solid HR Generalist (CIPD Qualified), proven track record of success within national organisations in both public and private sectors. Has 11 years HR experience with strong operational and strategic planning experience. Definitely customer orientated and results driven. Core HR competencies includes ER involving complex casework, redundancies, TUPE, Recruitment, HR Systems and Learning & Development.

He has experience of developing 'best practice' environments, analysing, implementing and recommending solutions to improve business efficiency.

Senior Business Partner / HR Manager
A senior Human Resources professional MCIPD qualified, experienced in all key areas of Human Resource Management within major international organisations. First class interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills honed in key HR positions.

A strong HR generalist, with a proven track record of delivery in challenging cultures, has significant experience in HR Management, change management, strategic planning, organisational design and development, outsourcing, off-shoring, executive coaching, talent management, reward design and planning, compensation & benefits, employee Relations, and executive resourcing.

HR Director
This HR Director has a strong HR background within the Finance sector, but has also had exposure to the FMCG, Oil and Gas, and Medical sectors. She is highly adaptable and flexible and suits demanding working environments where a fast-paced and pro-active culture is adopted. She has had exposure to working in complex matrixed environments, where she has had to demonstrate the ability to develop exceptionally strong stakeholder relationships.
