Roubina Sookramanien Head of HR Division

Roubina has considerable recruitment experience gained from SMEs to large PLCs recruiting on a National and International capacity. Initially started as a Resourcer and quickly became a Senior Consultant specialising in Sales and Marketing Recruitment. Following her keen interest in HR, teamed with her BSc in Psychology, Roubina chose to accept an interesting opportunity with a boutique agency specialising in placing senior HR Professionals. Initially focused on managing and driving the Interim division, she was instrumental in successfully developing the Interim division as a leading brand in the HR Market.

Roubina now manages HR Recruitment at Headway HR covering Permanent, Interim and Temporary Recruitment. With a background in Telecoms and Financial Services predominantly with large blue chip organisations, she now has a wealth of experience in Public Sector and Non-Profit businesses and an extensive client base within SMEs.

By focusing on building strong relationships with both her clients and candidates, Roubina has been able to establish a reputable name in the market. She is adamant in remaining customer focused and has built a developing desk through referrals. Roubina believes that delivering and surpassing expectations is essential and will continue to do so especially during the current market conditions.

Roubina does enjoy keeping active and ensures her Gym Membership is fully utilised! However she does definitely like to indulge in chocolates and lovely pastries, as well as a glass or two of wine. A keen traveler and definitely an enthusiastic shopper!
