Our Candidates
Our candidates may register for both Temporary and permanent work and we will endeavour to keep the individual in employment until they secure something permanent. Similarly, for our clients, a position can be effectively covered by a temporary employee until the perfect permanent candidate is found.
When interviewing candidates, we offer support and advice in all areas of the job search, from initial CV preparation to help with longer term career advice, helping recognising strengths and ambitions, identifying and overcoming weaker areas, through training etc, and then finally interview preparation, by working together, we aim to help secure that "dream job"!
When taking a vacancy from a client, we endeavour to find out as much information as possible regarding the organisation, the culture, the team, the skills required, longer term opportunities, etc, in order to provide our candidates with an open and honest understanding of any position we consider would be suitable in terms of their ideal role before submitting their details.
Feedback is essential, both for candidates and clients alike, and again, our approach is open and honest! On the permanent side, this has helped us help our clients build a solid and loyal workforce. On the temporary side, this has meant that all concerned are reassured that the individuals supplied, even at very short notice, will be the perfect match.

An absolute pleasure to interview, after 9 years of working for a world renowned global brand at Board and CEO level within many of the business units, since redundancy, she is currently temping. Due to the level that she worked at, and as she was often dealing with different characters with their own way of doing things, she has highly developed diplomacy skills and is very much used to dealing with confidential content in her work. Her last role that she held for over 2 years was for a well known commercial property company, providing top-level support to Directors and their teams of surveyors. Duties included diary management, travel arrangements, arranging meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations, client liaison as well as other ad hoc admin duties. She is bright, articulate, nicely spoken with a confident yet personable manner and will be a valued addition to any team.
Project Administrator/PA
An intelligent, well-mannered individual who was a delight to interview, my candidate worked for a major player in the construction industry within the projects team. Through her hard work and invaluable support, she quickly progressed into a 1:1 role for a Director and his team and as he moved onto different projects, he asked that she followed. She provided full diary support, arranged business travel, social functions and meetings, produced high level presentation and reports, liaised with executives both internally and externally and undertook all admin support for the team. With advanced IT knowledge, second to none communication skills and her sunny disposition, she is now looking for a role and company within which she can progress.
Receptionist
A superb candidate with such a welcoming smile, it makes her the perfect candidate for any front of house/reception/meet and greet role. Immaculately presented, she prides herself on her customer service skills and is looking for a company within which she can settle. Much of her experience since moving here has been of a temporary or contract nature but often she was kept on much longer than was initially requested. A facilities professional with broad experience in the Health & Safety and Risk Management arena within a variety of industry sectors both public and private, he has also worked as a trainer where he delivered both NEBOSH and IOSH accredited courses and designed bespoke programmes in areas related to Fire, Asbestos and the Control of Legionella, Manual Handling and DSE among others. In one role, his responsibility was to manage a portfolio of more than 600 commercial and residential properties and has project managed several relocation and refurbishment projects.
